Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BulkFlow AI (the “Service”), operated by the BulkFlow AI team. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
BulkFlow AI helps e-commerce sellers turn supplier and marketplace links into structured product catalogues. It scrapes publicly accessible listing data, uses automated and AI-based processing to translate, clean, categorise and score that data, and produces bulk listing sheets or direct pushes to connected stores. Features, limits and integrations may change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or are used to abuse the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- submit URLs or use the Service in a way that breaches the terms of service, robots rules, rate limits or intellectual-property rights of the source websites. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access, collect and reuse data from any link you provide;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with other users;
- use the Service to infringe trademarks, copyrights or other rights when publishing products to your own store or marketplace.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the links, product data, brand details, images and other content you submit or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content and for how you use the outputs.
5. Automated output — no warranty of accuracy
Translations, categorisations, specifications, pricing suggestions, market and saturation data, landed-cost estimates, duty figures, compliance notes and Import Confidence Scores are produced by automated systems and third-party AI models. They are estimates and informational aids, not verified facts, legal, tax, customs or financial advice. Before importing, listing or pricing any product you must independently verify the information — including with a licensed customs broker or professional adviser where appropriate. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on automated output.
6. Plans, billing and autopay
- Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay, using UPI Autopay or a card mandate that you authorise.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel autopay at any time from Settings → Subscription; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.
- Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused capacity.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
7. Free plan
The Free plan allows a limited number of exported products and a limited amount of processing, as shown in the app. Once the Free allowance is used, scraping, searching and processing are paused until you upgrade. We may change Free-plan limits at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the BulkFlow AI name and marks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active and in good standing.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including hosting and database providers, payment processing (Razorpay), authentication (Google Sign-In), AI model providers, data-collection infrastructure and transactional email. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 4–6 and 11–13) will survive.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, or that source data will be complete, current or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkFlow AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or ₹5,000.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
