Data Deletion

You can delete your BulkFlow AI account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.

Delete your account yourself

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Go to Privacy & data and choose Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel autopay first (Settings → Subscription) — we don't want you to be charged for an account that no longer exists.

What happens next

• Your account is signed out and closed immediately. It can no longer be used to sign in.
• Your projects, products, exports, link sheets and settings are held for 30 days in case you change your mind. Write to us within that time and we can restore the account.
• After 30 days they are permanently deleted from our systems.
• Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it or for security — for example billing records and audit logs. These are not used for anything else.

Download your data first

Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data.

Email support@bulkflowai.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Data deletion request”. See our Privacy Policy for your other rights and how to reach our Grievance Officer.
