About BulkFlow AI
BulkFlow AI began with a simple observation: for e-commerce sellers, the journey from finding a product to publishing a polished listing is mostly repetitive manual work. Sourcing products, gathering specifications, downloading and organising images, handling product variants, translating supplier content, working out pricing and landed cost, and formatting everything for a bulk upload can take days — sometimes weeks — for a single catalogue.
BulkFlow AI was built to collapse that work into a single automated workflow. You paste supplier or marketplace links; the platform scrapes each listing, translates the content into clean English, checks it for missing or inconsistent data, scores the import opportunity, and produces a structured, ready-to-list catalogue — as a bulk spreadsheet or a direct push to your store.
The idea
The idea, product vision, sourcing workflow and core concept behind BulkFlow AI were created by Shekhar Sagar. Every step of the pipeline — how a product source becomes a clean, priced, import-scored catalogue row — reflects that original workflow. The platform was built to bring these processes together into one system that sellers can run end to end.
What we're building toward
Our goal is simple: give e-commerce sellers a faster path from product source to ready-to-list catalogue. Today that means bulk sheets and one-click publishing to Shopify, WooCommerce and custom stores, with Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho and Myntra formats on the roadmap.
How it works, briefly
- Collect — paste links; each listing is scraped with its images, prices, SKUs and source URL kept intact.
- Clean — AI translates and normalises titles, categories, materials, specifications and variants into clean English.
- Validate & score — every record is checked for missing or inconsistent data and given an Import Confidence Score based on price, margin, MOQ, local demand and seasonal timing.
- Export — download a structured bulk-listing sheet with landed cost and margin columns, or push approved products straight to your store.
